How To Add Existing Contact Of A Customer To Another Customer?

Existing Contact is not appearing in Add Contact LOV in below Navigation

Step 1 : Manage Customers>Search Customer

Step 2 : Go to Communication Tab at Customer Account level>Edit Contacts>Add Contact
