Symptoms
Oracle Fusion Cloud Application Inbound Integrations fail with error. These integrations could be from another Oracle Cloud service e.g. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Java Cloud Service (JCS) Or even other 3rd party applications. Such integrations often use a generic user/ service account that is ONLY used for integration purposes, and is authenticated using Basic Authentication (Username/Password).
