On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Accounts, Contacts

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Screen is getting refreshed while entering the data

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

screen should not be refreshed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Contact > Enquiry Tab > Enter details > Click next > Screen refreshed

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create the OPA records in subtab.
