Symptoms
Buyer does a Change Order (CO) on an Agreement with Required Acknowledgement set to “Document and Line” without a Supplier Contact listed on the Agreement / CO.
Without a Supplier Contact on the Agreement / CO, no one is notified of the required Acknowledgement on the Supplier end (Bell, BPM Worklist, or email).
So, a Supplier Contact has to drill into the "Agreements to Acknowledge" on the "Required Attention" Infolet in Supplier Portal.
When there is only one agreement under "Agreements to Acknowledge" on the "Required Attention" Infolet in Supplier Portal, they are dropped into the Agreement itself and not the Change Order.
When trying to Acknowledge they receive the following errors:
Error:
===========
You can't acknowledge this document because it isn't pending acknowledgement (PO-2055036)
This is because the user is dropped into the Agreement itself and not the Change Order on the agreement that actually needs acknowledgement.
When trying to drill into the Change order via the "i" Information Icon next to the Open Status, when trying to drill into the Change Order Hyperlink to open said change order the following error is received:
Error

An Application error occurred. See the Incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 1234, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_as1_02, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP
As an alternative solution, the user has to navigate to Mange Agreements to be able to access the Change Order to Acknowledge.
Once on the Acknowledge Change Order Screen, Change Order is Null and all change order header information is Null.
