[OSF] Reset Password Link Does NOT Redirect to Update Password Page (Doc ID 2796243.1)

Symptoms

In OSF storefront with OOTB header widget and OOTB forgot password email template, the generated reset password link does not redirect users to update password page, but home page.

Additionally, other templates that have been customized to use the data.resetPasswordLink might fail during rendering.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to the storefront site: https://<storefront>/ and Forgotten Password page.
2. Enter the registered email and submit. You will receive reset password email with link like https://<storefront>/?occsAuthToken=<the generated reset password token>


3. Click the reset password link. Notice it redirects user to home page, not update password page, and user can't reset password.
