Fusion Global HR: HR Specialists are Unable to View Allocated Checklists on Employees (Doc ID 2796423.1)

Symptoms

When an employee goes to view their allocated checklists, they can see them at Me > Checklist Tasks.  When an HR Specialist goes to view the same employee's allocated checklists at My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Employment > Manage Allocated Checklists, there are no tasks shown.
