Metric "Pack – Net Sales Qty" Incorrectly Calculated For Component Items (Doc ID 2796476.1)

Symptoms

Metric "Pack – Net Sales Qty" incorrectly calculated for component items.

When sales occur for a pack item, the metric "Pack – Net Sales Qty" for the component item(s) is not correctly calculated.

The metric should be SLS_QTY*PACK_QTY.

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Make sure 12 units of the Pack Item were sold, and this item is composed of 40 units of the component item , then, in reality, goods sold 12 * 40 = 480 units of item item1 . That should be the value shown in the “Pack – Net Sales Qty” metric for item.
