FA:SCM:Service Logistics Not Able to Order Multiple Lines of Items from Service Request (Doc ID 2796577.1)

Symptoms

When the user attempts to order multiple lines of items from Service Request, the following error is received:

ERROR

A user-defined validation failed for the following reason: You cannot submit the order because the fulfillment line is missing payment terms.

STEPS
--------
1) Go to Service
2) Go to Service Request
3) Create a new Service Request
4) Add all required details
5) Add a new part and order, it gets ordered successfully(SO created)
6) Add another part and order, it fails with Error:

"A user-defined validation failed for the following reason: You cannot submit the order because the fulfillment line is missing payment terms."

7) If both items are ordered simultaneously SO is generated for both and the above error message is not generated
