Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to delete non-primary assignment
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
You can't delete the first assignment record. Cancel the work relationship instead.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employment Info

2. Open in History the first assignment row


3. delete
