Symptoms
On : Oracle BI Publisher 12.2.4.1.0 Version.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBIEE Data Source test connection doesn't show success or failure message.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Test connection should display either success or failure message.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to BI Publisher.
2. Click on Administration link.
3. Navigate to Data Source > OBIEE Data Source.
4. Fill in details and click 'Test Connection' button. This does not show either success or failure message.
