When attempting to call the endpoint to 'submitOrder' operation the following error is presented

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PUT / ccappagent/v1/orders with the 'submitOrder' operation


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Agent cannot place order

 Switch the ccagent APIs with the ccappagent APIs
