FA:SCM:MFG: Old Work Definition Version Showing Wrong Required Quantity (Doc ID 2797142.1)

On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Work Definition

Old version Work definition show wrong required quantity
 
Users need to create a new version of the work definition for primary output 20100144 which increase the required quantity of material 13102010 from 0.001l (version 1) to 0.02l (version 2).
After creating version 2, Users want to view the Work Definition in version 1, but system displays the required quantity of material 13102010 as 0.02l (which is revised required quantity in version 2) instead of 0.001l of version 1.
Users need version 1 to display the correct required quantity of the old version in order to track the history of the work definition. Why does version 1 of work definition show required quantity of version 2?
 
Why Old version of work definition shows required quantity of new version instead of old required quantity of the old version.
