Symptoms

DCA does not allow WHs to be added as pricing location is mandatory.

After 19.2.006 upgrade, unable to load WH using DCA as it is stating that the Pricing Location is mandatory, the same issue faced in UI while inserting data.

As there are no Virtual WHs in the system it is not possible to select a pricing location.

As per observation in UI, the pricing location is only mandatory in insert, if you edit an existing WH then the pricing location can be set to null and the record can be saved.
