Fusion Compensation: ICD: Ability to Still Delete ICP From Manage Compensation But Not From Change Assignment When Plan Access setting 'Discontinue Allocation' is Set to ‘Never Allow’

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The access to each area is based on the ICP Plan access. HR specialists/generalists have access to create new allocations and update existing allocations based on a Change Assignment actions but not be able to delete existing allocations. The same role also has access to update and delete existing allocation based on the Administer/Manage Individual Compensation actions. The user should not be able to delete on the Change Assignment action but should be able to on the Administer/Manage Individual Compensation actions.
If removing the Delete button on the Change Assignment action also removes the Delete button on the Administer/Manage Individual Compensation actions.
