Unable To Create Contact, Opportunity And Account In OEC (Doc ID 2797471.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, CX Integration

When creating an opportunity/Account/Contact in OEC, the below error message is returned:

ERROR
-----------------------
Changes have not been saved. Error during integration. Please try again and if error persists communicate with administrator. JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException, msg=oracle.fabric.common.PolicyEnforcementException: WSM-00069 : The security header is missing. Ensure that there is a valid security policy attached at the client side, and the policy is enabled.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create opportunity
2. error pops-out
