ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to create a new Opportunity Detailed Page Layout by duplicated an existing custom one, the below error message is received:
The object Subtab can't be updated because of an error. Contact your help desk.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Open Application Composer and go to Opportunity Object
2. Under Opportunity Pages, duplicate an existing Detailed Page Layout
3. Save and Receive the above Error Message
