Automatic Onboarding Deletion Is Not Deleting Processes As Expected (Doc ID 2797604.1)

Symptoms

Onboarding Administration Setting: Automatically Delete Old Onboarding (Transitions). Deletes processes completed or cancelled more than 'X' amount of days ago. The symptom is: the setting is enabled, but it does not appear to be deleting records

Path to setting: Configuration > Onboarding (Transitions) Administration > Settings
