Duplicated system option Prioritize Default Sourcing Location, 
On the allocation System options is possible so see two system options with the same name (Prioritize Default Sourcing Location).

Steps To Recreate:

1. Login to Allocation Application.
2. Navigate to Allocation Foundation and open system options.
3. Noticed that Duplicated system option Prioritize Default Sourcing Location.
