Goal

On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Performance Management

Application is clearing the already provided responses in a questionnaire included in Check-in if the version number of the questionnaire is changed.

1. Questionnaire was created with Version 1
2. Check-in document was created with above questionnaire
3. Assign the check-in to worker
4. Manager edit the questionnaire and provide responses
5. Worker edit the questionnaire and provide responses
6. Responses appear in questionnaire
7. Change the version of the questionnaire without changing the content (questions, responses)
8. Replicate the issue, content is missing
Worker View: already provided responses are cleared
Manager View:already provided responses are cleared

 How to make visible the already provided responses for a questionnaire for which the version was changed while the questionnaire was in use?
