Symptoms


When attempting to run ItemReclassBatch, the following error occurs.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run RPM_ITEM_RECLASS_JOB
2. Login to the POM UI in Dev environment:
3. See that the RPM_ITEM_RECLASS_JOB failed
