Issue with service request API, only lookup code visible in pages after migrating

After migration been done from our Dev instance to UAT instance, Incorrect values are shown in service request details page. Instead of meaning we are able to find only the lookup code populated in the table and details page for Status and Severity.
We are using Standard API : crmRestApi/resources/latest/serviceRequests
