RAP Does not Update The Fields On The Form But Shows In Audit Log (Doc ID 2798427.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to use Reverse Auto Populating (RAP) from a Business Process, certain fields are not updating, even if they do show up in the Audit log

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

RAP to fill the fields in the Business Process as they appear in the Audit Logs

WHAT IS WORKING

Currently RAP is working fine on some of the fields

WORKAROUND

Manually check the field data from Audit Log to identify the records that need editing and run Bulk Editing on them.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier Production
  2. Navigate to the correct Shell
  3. Navigate to the Business Process
  4. Create a record
  5. This will Auto Create records in the linked BP
  6. Define the Line Items
  7. This will Auto Create records back to the original BP
  8. For each record, based on the revision reference it should update via (RAP) back to the main BP
  9. Check the History and notice that the Number and Status are blank instead
