EBS-Asserter SSO Not Working And Giving 500 Internal Server Error (Doc ID 2798551.1)

Intermittently EBS SSO is not working and throwing 500 internal server error on the browser. Impact is several users.

Clearing cache and cookies and restarting the session resolves the issue temporarily.


Do you have two EBS deployments and Database name for both is same? Usually, this issue is seen when trying to access both of these deployments in 2 different tabs of the browser.
Our suggestion is to have different Database name for different deployments (as cookie name is db name).
