Cannot Attach Files to BP Records Accessing Unifier App with Android Device (Doc ID 2798558.1)

Symptoms

On : Unifier App 21.6

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When accessing Unifier App through an Android Phone, users are not able to upload attachments to Business Process (BP) records.  The functionality works when using iPhone.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


Uploading an attachment from the device's camera:

  1. Log in to Unifier App using an Android device
  2. Navigate to a BP record
  3. Click on Add Attachment
  4. Select Camera
  5. Take picture, click OK
  6. App takes user back to workspace.

Uploading an attachment from the device's gallery:

  1. Log in to Unifier App using an Android device
  2. Navigate to a BP record
  3. Click on Add Attachment
  4. Select Gallery
  5. Select picture, add title, click save
  6. Click Send
  7. The 3 dots processing comes up
  8. After 15 seconds, user receives  message that the record has been created successfully but the attachment was not added.
