Symptoms
On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Journals and Intercompany
When attempting to approve a journal from Manage Journals, the the following error occurs. The journals with the issue do not show in the BPM task or bell notification.

You can't approve or reject the journal because you're no the approver. (GL-782239)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the batch that is not visible on BPM or Bell notifications
2. Try to approve it
3. The errors is shown
Changes
A user name involved in the approval group was changed having pending workflows, also a P2T was conducted having also pending workflows
