Symptoms

On: 11.13.21.07.0 version, Talent Review

Unable to Submit Talent Review Meeting as HR User And/Or Not able to complete Performance Document with the following Error.

ERROR
-----------------------
Another user has changed the row with primary key oracle.jbo.Key[300003908130061]

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as HR Specialist and Create Talent Review Meeting
2. Login as an Line manager and submit the ratings
3. Login as the HR Specialist and change the status to "In-progress Facilitator Access"
4. Click on Conduct Meeting under the 3 dots menu
5. Submit the meeting on the dashboard page > Error is Encountered

OR 

1. Login as Performance User and try to complete the Performance Document, which can be done by the Employee/manager/Admin depending on who is completing the last step.

 

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Users cannot Submit a Talent Review Meeting as HR when Conducting Talent Review Meetings 
This issue will impact in Performance management module and Users cannot complete the Performance Document

 Upgrade to 11.13.21.07.0  (21C)
