Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR

Requisition is auto rejected with 'Approvals Encountered an Error' upon submitting, but shows as In Progress in Transaction Console


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------
Rejected transaction should be shown as Completed in TAC and not as In Progress


STEPS
----------
1. Create a PR with approvals set as per job level hierarchy
2. Requester's manager's manager is Showing the status as Inactive in the system
3. On clicking on Manage Approval , tree doesn't get generated
4. Submit the PR
5. After some time the PR gets rejected
6. But when searched in TAC, transaction is shown in In Progress status with no Approval History
