Symptoms

Encountering lots of object store errors either in the browser console or displayed in the UI.

For example, when trying to access a particular image asset, the following sort of error appears in the console:

{"detail":"Error accessing file 'IMAGE_EXAMPLE.png' for download. Error retrieving file from object storage : Object Storage - Download error [HTTP 409] [TxId <pod>:<obj_id>].","title":"Unable to render management item","type":"http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec10.html#sec10.5.1","status":"400"}
