Symptoms
The Fusion application user sync process in the fusion app within IDCS stripe is failing with a connectivity error. We are therefore unable to sync users between Human Capital Management (HCM) and the Oracle PaaS platforms.
When performing an import (IDCS console login > Oracle Cloud Services > Oracle Applications Cloud (Fusion) > Import > (Import Button) the process ends with status 'Failed'.
