Sync Process Failing Between IDCS And FA - ManagedApp (Doc ID 2798859.1)

Symptoms

The Fusion application user sync process in the fusion app within IDCS stripe is failing with a connectivity error. We are therefore unable to sync users between HCM and the Oracle PAAS platforms.

When performing an import (IDCS console login -> Oracle Cloud Services -> Oracle Applications Cloud (Fusion) -> Import -> (Import Button)) the process ends with status 'Failed'.

Error Message:
ManagedObjectSync Job execution failed for Object Class __ACCOUNT__: org.identityconnectors.framework.common.exceptions.ConnectorException: Execution of GET REST API call on Fusion Apps failed.
