RIB Message Publish Failing - Error while calling Injector Service URL (Doc ID 2798899.1)

Goal

When publishing subclassmod message from MFCS to external system which is getting failed with below error :

2021-07-20 10:30:25,939 ERROR [MerchHier_sub_1] j2ee.RIBMessageSubscriberEjb$MessageHandler (RIBMessageSubscriberEjb.java:443) - MerchHier_sub_1.handleMessage()...Exception for Family: MerchHier, Type: subclassmod, Error: Error while calling Injector Service with URL(/../../injector/inject).: java.net.ConnectException: Tried all: 1 addresses, but could not connect over HTTPS to server: port: 443
