Error "User Organization is not existed in Application" When Attempting To Assign Application Access To A Partner User In the Primavera Administration Application (Doc ID 2798900.1)

Symptoms


When a Cloud Administrator attempts to create a new Partner User (non-owner company user)(username=USER1) in "Company1" and assign the Unifier environment application access to the user, the error below is generated.

202X-XX-XXTHH:MM:SS.XXX+0000 Assigning Application Access failed : PrimaveraUnifier<Environment> due to Error while creating user :[User Organization is not existed in Application.]
202X-XX-XXTHH:MM:SS.XXX+0000 Assigning Application Access failed for user USER1
202X-XX-XXTHH:MM:SS.XXX+0000 Assigned Application Access for User: USER1


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Cloud Administrator Logs into Primavera Administration.
  2. Creates new user "USER1" in Partner company "Company1", with Unifier <Environment> Application Access.
  3. The error above is displayed in Primavera Administration Notifications.
