Goal

What Tables store data of RFQ Award Lines when Award is in Progress.

1) Created and Published RFQ
2) Suppliers submitted Quotes
3) Buyer Closes RFQ
4) Buyer awards to one Supplier and does not complete Award.
That means RFQ Award is in Progress.
