Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, .Manage Compensation

The following error is seen while Accessing Manager Status Report and View Report

Users are unable to view the Manager Status Report And View Reports It is Showing Error As An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
Error is seen for all users

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as comp admin user> Act as proxy> switch to any manager
2. Click on Manager Status Report Icon, it throws an error.
3. Click on View Reports, it throws an error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Manager Status Report and View Reports
