1) What occurred?
An error message related to the work schedule appears when attempting to end date an open-ended sickness absence.
The open-ended absence started in March of 2020.
2) Where did it occur?
Prod and Test
3) Has it ever worked?
4) What has changed?
A new schedule was added in the middle of the open-ended absence with a start date of Dec 21, 2020.
5) Sequence of events?
6) Actual behavior?
Error message is displayed when adding an end date on a sickness absence this is open-ended.
7) Expected behavior?
Should be allowed to end date and open-ended absence without an error.
8) What is working?
All other absence edits.

Steps to reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create an open-ended absence starting in March of 2020.
2) Add a new schedule starting on Dec 21, 2020.
3) Attempt to end date the absence on July 9, 2021.
4) See the error.
