On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to Edit one Document of Records,
the following error occurs.

You can't change the value from Y (yes) to N (no) as existing documents will be made invalid. (PER-1530966)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup and Maintenance
2. 'Document Types' task
3. Edit Document Type
4. Customer Requirement: need to make a number of fields mandatory per business requirements. So checked the “required” fields
5. Click on Submit and click on Yes to proceed
6. Below error is occurring
