PRC:PO 21C Search Master Item Using Multiple Item Attribute - 21C Opt-in Feature Not Working When Creating Purchase Order and BPA (Doc ID 2799214.1)

Actual Behavior:
After 21C update, New Feature "Search for Master Items using Multiple Item attributes when creating Purchasing documents" is not working , not returning any search results

Expected Behavior
Expect the search return results after enabling this feature

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate Setup and Maintenance
3. Enable Optin Feature
Purchasing Opt-in -> Search for master items using multiple item attributes when creating purchasing documents
PIM Opt-in ->Search and Select Items More Efficiently
4. Navigate to Product Information Management
5. Search for Item it returns results
6. Navigate > Procurement > Purchase Orders
7. Create PO and on line search for item
8. It does not work
