On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Additions
When attempting to add CIP or EXPENSED assets manually or via spreadsheet,
the following error occurs.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description ofthis incident: 5, Server Domain: FADomain,Server Instance: UIServer_as4_01, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Assets landing page
2. Click Add Asset
3. Select CIP from LOV
4. Get error
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add assets as per their business needs. This is considered a showstopper.
