On : Primavera Unifier Version: 20.12.4

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
When attempting to import a single Line Item to a Business Process Detail Form, the first two attempts failed. The 3rd attempt was successful and one line item was added to the Detail Form. However, when the record was sent to the next step in the workflow three lines were found on the Detail Form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
CSV import should work the first time and create one line item.
