Symptoms
On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Capture and Process Cost
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Blocked costs in manage unprocessed cost for specific batches.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Unprocessed Transactions should be processed
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The user has 2 expenditure batches that are in unprocessed costs in pending status.
2. The user is not able to import them or to delete
3. When the user is trying to delete is not finding the batches to be deleted, even the costs are in unprocessed costs.
