Symptoms

Content Layouts does not render throws CORS errors in the browser console.

Error for one of the content layout:

Access to fetch at 'https://<oce_url>/_compdelivery/_cache_<cacheid>/<layout>/assets/layout.html' from origin 'https://<vbcs_urL>' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.
