Symptoms
On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, File-Based Data Import
Tried to create a Project Resource through FBDI file - Import Project Resource Assignments. Which is completing in error.
2. Import Project Resource Assignments Execution Report - This shows error message
ERROR
PJR_REQ_SRV_UP_RES_NOT_MANG
You can't select the resource <Resource name> to fulfill the request because the resource isn't a managed project enterprise labor resource.
User details
The project enterprise labor resource can't fulfill project resource requests because the option to manage resource availability and staffing isn't enabled for the resource.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Tried to create a Project Resource through FBDI file - Import Project Resource Assignments. (ProjectResourceAssignmentImportTemplate.xlsm )
