dbaascli database bounce fails with error
"dbaascli database bounce" command is failing with the below error when using the latest version of dbaastools rpm
[root@Hostname ~]# dbaascli database bounce --dbname nlcdba
DBAAS CLI version 21.2.1.1.0
Executing command database bounce
Can't use string ("database stop") as an ARRAY ref while "strict refs" in use at /var/opt/oracle/dbaascli/dbaascli line 582.
