ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Line Item Picker is not working in the mobile app.
When clicking on the Line Item Picker nothing seems to happen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Line Item Picker should pop up a window allowing the user to pick a line item.
