On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Opportunities

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Drop down values showing up in different languages

Issue: Users are seeing Japanese/Chinese values in List Of Values drop down on LOVs in Opportunity Revenues.

This is impacting multiple users while opportunity creation.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected behavior: It should contain only English values.
The Language chosen in the User Preference is also set to English.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Opportunity.
2. Navigate to Opportunity Revenue.
3. In the LOV users see values in different Languages.
