When running a User-Defined Report (UDR) containing a Data Element (DE) with entries of "0" in the Business Process records, and the data is sorted ascending/descending on the DE.
The UDR result should output the items sorted on the DE ascending/descending so that "0" entries are grouped at top/bottom.
Some items are grouped at the top and others are grouped at the bottom, thusly the sorted items are divided.
