Fixed Asset Register Report does not show changes made until the next day.

Fixed Asset Register Report shows changes.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Tools->Scheduled Process
2. Run Asset Register Report
