On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Code Enforcement

Why users are noticing following error when generating a Code Enforcement Citation Warning, Code Enforcement Courtesy Notice, Code Enforcement Notice of Violation with Notary?

Error :The report [REPORT_NAME] couldn't be generated. Contact your help desk. (PSC_CC_6030363).

Where as user can successfully able to be generate the Code Enforcement Notice of Violation.

Note: The request failed with response status code 400, just as it does in the front-end environment; However, when each request was submitted with header parameter X-psc-Rt-Save-Type: In Postman, the request submits successfully with status code 200.
