Cannot Enter A Value For Left Position Under Grid Properties After Editing A Report (Doc ID 2800125.1)

Under grid mapping>Position> - Left when editing a report in the oracle financial workspace (web version) it is seemingly impossible to enter a valid value. If you enter a negative value it says error invalid value!!!! Value cannot be a negative number. If you enter a positive value (0 or greater) it gives you an error and says the value cannot be more than -30. This does not seem to make sense as there are no values that are greater than 0 but less than -30. How are you supposed to enter a valid value in this field to be able to save the edits to the report. The user cannot exit out of the report in his financial workspace. Exit or close both just show the error for invalid value. When the user quits his financial workspace it will still reopen to report when he reopens it, so he cannot get to other reports. How to fix it?
