Symptoms
Problem Description:
When a Hiring Manager is logged in under an alternate language (ex. German), creates a job requisition, then submits it for approval, even after all approvals are completed, the approval still reflects as In Progress.
If a Recruiter opens the job requisition under the source language (ex. English), once they reach the Questionnaires section, the following error displays:

A value is required for field Requisition Title. Enter a value.

However, the Requisition Title is a required field and was entered in an earlier section.
