Order Shipment Adjustments Is Showing Duplicated Lines

In the order shipment screen we are getting duplicated lines in the adjustments section. This error occurs when we use a purchase order with multiple virtual locations for the same physical warehouse.
1. Select a purchase order with multiple virtual locations for the same physical warehouse.
2. Create a shipment.
